Yes. We've banned him NUMEROUS times in the past day and a half. He keeps saying that when the map changes, he can join again. I don't know what the hell that means exactly but it's getting on my last nerve.

I think theres something wrong with sm_commands but still if he gets perm ban he should respect other admins and players and see what the server owner says
