Help Request Subject: Steam error

Specific people needed to read this: People who know how to fix steam errors

Summarize help request in one sentence: I tried to launch ZPS and I got this error,

I tried all of my other games and I got the same error.

Additional Info: I know reinstalling steam will fix it but it takes a painfully long time because then I have to reinstall all my games

Importance level(low,medium,high): high

Steam related?: Of course

Try -> Delete ClientRegistry.blob file in the steam folder.

Worked, well somewhat now I get this error
