I think so i mean you may be 14 and the age limit is 16 but you are very mature for your age much like what will kill was
I would say sure let me just review some stuff but yea
we arent really working on the ins server now
it is going to be a while before we start

Well, seeing the edit and having in mind that the Hidden server IS already up, this application is under review. You have my vouch. You seem like a cool guy, and show a lot of activity, which is greatly needed.
